500 ml vegetable oil 2 cups
500 ml extra-virgin olive oil 2 cups
2 hot peppers, seeded and chopped
30 ml red pepper flakes 2 tbsp.
10 black olives, pitted and chopped
1 garlic clove, green germ removed
1 bay leaf
Blend the oils together.
In a saucepan, combine half the oil with the hot peppers, red pepper flakes, olives, garlic and bay leaf, and warm over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining oil.
Pour into sterilized jar. Store in refrigerator.
