1 whole wheat or white flour tortilla
3 slices smoked salmon
50 mL plain cream cheese
1 cup mixed greens
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- For wrap: Spread cream cheese over entire surface of one side of tortilla wrap. Place slices of smoked salmon evenly over cream cheese. Roll tortilla tightly and slice into 1 1/2-inch rolls.
- For salad: Drizzle olive oil over mixed greens and add balsamic vinegar. Toss together and serve.
