Special diet :
- In a food processor or blender, puree mango, tomatoes, watermelon, orange and lime zest and juice until smooth. (You may have to do this in 2 batches.)
- Half fill 4 large glasses with ice. Fill with orange-tomato blush. Garnish with orange and lime slices, if you like. Serve immediately.
Helpful Hint: If you don’t have a blender or food processor, you can still whip up smoothies with a wire whisk in a deep bowl.
