- For skillet bread, prepare batter as directed. Spoon batter into a greased 8-in. cast-iron skillet and bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, 45-50 minutes.
- For muffins, prepare batter as directed. Spoon batter into nine greased muffin tins and bake at 350° until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.
