Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
1 pound of chicken, cubed
4 tablespoons of maple syrup
¼ cup of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
2 cups of snow peas
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 ½ cups of instant rice
1 ½ cups of water
Directions
- Cook onion and garlic in pot with a bit of oil until golden.
- Add chicken and cook ten minutes on high.
- Add syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Add rice and snow peas. Cook on a low flame for 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
