Smoked Trout Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
1 bag of tortilla chips
150g smoked trout, shredded
¼ cup black olives, chopped
1 tsp. fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
1 jar of marinated asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 clove of garlic
150g Swiss cheese, grated
½ cup dry white wine
(Replace Swiss cheese and dry wine with stronger ones if you prefer)
Directions
- Cook garlic in nonstick pan.
- Melt grated cheese and white wine over low heat and stir often with a wooden spoon. Adjust the consistency with wine or yellow cheddar cheese for a marbled effect.
- Add trout, olives, spices and salt. Pour into a large bowl, scoop with spoon and pour over tortilla chips. Top with a piece of asparagus.
