1 bag of tortilla chips (multigrain or blue corn)
3 slices of pineapple
½ cup of black olives, sliced
1 mango peeled, sliced
1 jar of salsa
1 grated Baluchon de la Mauricie cheese, grated
- Spread the chips over a large, over-safe platter.
- Add pineapple, olives and mango on top. Add as much salsa as you like and the grated cheese.
- Let it cook in the oven until lightly browned.
