Ingredients

1 large red tomato, diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 avocado, peeled and diced
30 ml (2 tbsp) freshly squeezed lime juice
30 ml (2 tbsp) basil leaves, shredded
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
18 to 24 toasted bread rounds

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread.
  3. Serve immediately.
