1 bag of tortilla chips
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 cup of onions, finely sliced
½ cup of goat cheese, grated
A few drops of maple syrup
A pinch of salt and pepper
- In a non-stick pan, melt the butter and oil over medium heat. Add onions and let them cook for a few minutes, until they begin to change colour.
- With a spoon, scoop up the mixture and place onto the tortilla chips. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and let them brown in the oven.
- Remove from the oven, pour a drop of Maple syrup into on each one and serve.
