1-1/4 cups (300 mL) nonfat sour cream
4 tbsp (60 mL) soft light brown sugar
Preheat the broiler. Peel and slice the bananas, cutting each one into about 16 slices. Divide the slices between four 1 cup (250 mL) ramekins and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Spoon the nonfat sour cream over the banana slices to cover them completely. Sprinkle 1 tbsp (15 mL) of sugar evenly over each dessert. Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet and place them under the broiler, about 2 inches (5 cm) from the heat.
Broil until the sugar melts into the yogurt, about 1 minute—keep watch to make sure it does not burn. Remove from the broiler and leave to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Each serving provides: 210 calories, 6 g protein, 5 g fat (including 3 g saturated fat), 40 g carbohydrate (including 40 g sugar), 3 g fibre.
