Ingredients

1 lb (500 g) skinless, boneless turkey breast
3/4 cup (175 mL) cooked brown or basmati rice
1/4 cup (60 mL) prune butter
1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp (3 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) rubbed sage
1/2 tsp (2 mL) dried rosemary, minced

Directions

  1. Cut turkey breast into large chunks. Place in food  processor and pulse until coarsely ground.
  2. Transfer ground turkey to medium bowl. Add rice,  prune butter, mustard, salt, sage, and rosemary, and stir  to just combine.
  3. Shape mixture into twelve 2-in (5 cm) patties. Spray a  broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler. 
  4. Place patties on pan and broil 4 inches (10 cm) from  heat, turning once, until cooked through, about 3  minutes per side.
