15 mL (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, finely chopped
50 mL (1/4 cup) whiskey
50 mL (1/4 cup) Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley
Heat oil in a large fry pan and sauté chicken breasts until cooked through; approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and keep warm.
Add onions to the pan and sauté until beginning to brown. Add whiskey and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce to a sauce consistency; add parsley and pour over chicken breasts.
Makes 4 servings.
