2 eggs
1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat EAGLE BRAND®
250 mL (1 cup) maple syrup
1 prepared (23 cm/9”) pastry pie shell, unbaked
125 mL (1/2 cup) pecan or walnut pieces (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). In a medium bowl beat eggs; stir in EAGLE BRAND® and maple syrup until thoroughly combined. Pour into prepared pie shell. Sprinkle nuts over top, if desired. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 180°C (350°F).Continue to bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until set. Garnish as desired.

Makes 6-8 servings.
