340 g (12 oz) Primo(r) Penne
1 can (540 mL/19 oz) Primo(r) Recipe Starter Garlic & Basil Chunky Tomatoes
250 mL (1 cup) Primo(r) Thick & Zesty Original Pasta Sauce
454 g (1 lb/3 cups) cooked boneless skinless chicken breast strips
500 mL (2 cups) small broccoli florets
125 ML (1/2 CUP) grated Parmesan cheese
In saucepan, combine tomatoes and pasta sauce; bring to a boil. Add chicken; reduce heat and cook, uncovered and stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large pot of boiling water, cook Primo(r) penne for 7 minutes.
Add broccoli; cook for 3 minutes or until both pasta and broccoli are tender, but firm. Drain well. Toss pasta and broccoli with pasta sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
