3 cups (750 mL) hot cooked broccoli spears
2 cups (500 mL) cubed, cooked turkey
1 can (10 oz/284 mL) condensed Cream of Broccoli soup
1/3 cup (75 mL) milk
1/2 cup (125 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp (45 mL) dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp (15 mL) margarine or butter, melted
Arrange broccoli and turkey in 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate or 2-quart (2 L) shallow baking dish. Combine soup and milk; pour over broccoli and turkey. Sprinkle mixture with cheese.
Mix bread crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over cheese layer. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 20 minutes or until heated through. If desired, serve with rice.
