1 jar (8 ounces) oil-cured olives
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
Thyme sprigs for garnish (optional)
Drain olives. In small bowl, combine olives, oil, dried thyme, and red-pepper flakes. Toss until olives are well coated. Pour into serving dish and garnish with thyme sprigs, if desired.
