Rosemary Walnuts

4 cups walnuts

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 tablespoons crumbled dried rosemary

1 tablespoon salt

3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper


Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine walnuts, butter, rosemary, salt, and red pepper in a jelly-roll pan or shallow baking dish. Roast 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
