1 lb (500 g) boneless, skinless salmon, cut into 4 fillets
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped or snipped fresh parsley
½ tsp (2 mL) dried dill
¼ tsp (1 mL) each salt and pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1. In large greased glass baking dish, arrange salmon fillets with a little space between each.
2. In small bowl, combine parsley, dill, salt and pepper. Brush tops of salmon with lemon juice; rub tops with herb mixture.
3. Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
