Mediterranean Rice With Green Peas and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium, fat-free chicken broth
1 1/2 cups fresh sweet peas or 1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup long-grain white rice
In medium saucepan over high heat, bring broth to a boil. Add peas, tomatoes, and salt. Bring back to a boil. Add rice and stir. Cover. Lower heat to bare simmer. Cook just until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove saucepan from heat. Let stand 10 minutes. Uncover. Fluff with fork.
