Ingredients

450 g / 1 lb     linguine
250 ml / 1 cup    35% cream
250 ml / 1 cup / 150 g    Blue cheese, rind removed, diced
150 ml / 2/3 cup / 100 g    prosciutto, in strips
45 ml / 3 tbsp    fresh sage leaves, shredded
To taste    salt and freshly ground pepper
To taste    freshly grated Parmesan

Directions

In a large pot, cook the pasta al dente, following package directions. Drain and reserve.

In a skillet, reduce the cream over high heat for 3 minutes. Stir in the Bleubry, prosciutto, sage, salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta and reheat while stirring.

Serve immediately and pass the Parmesan.
