Ingredients

1 package (500 g/18 oz) CATELLI LINGUINE
1 each onion and garlic, finely chopped
30 mL (2 tbsp) olive oil
1 jar (700 mL/25 oz) Catelli Garden Select Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
125 mL (1/2 cup) chopped fresh parsley
1 can (142 g/5 oz) clams, drained and rinsed
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Cook linguine according to package directions. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until tender. Stir in pasta sauce, parsley and clams; simmer 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce over linguine.

Makes 4 servings. Pasta Basics When cooking pasta, more water is always better than less. Generally, 500 g (l lb) of pasta requires 4 L to 5 L (16 to 20 cups) of water.
