Ingredients

4 slices    pancetta, in strips
30 ml / 2 tbsp    olive oil
180 ml / 3/4 cup    white wine
180 ml    / 3/4 cup    chicken stock
1 bag, 750 g    Arctic Gardens Stew frozen mixed vegetables
60 ml / 1/4 cup    grated Parmesan
30 ml / 2 tbsp    chopped parsley
To taste    salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

In a large skillet, brown the pancetta in the oil.

Add the wine and stock and cook 1 minute.

Add the vegetables and simmer 6 minutes, partly covered.
 
Add the cheese, parsley, salt and pepper, and serve.

The perfect side dish for: Rolled veal dishes, duck with olives or roast loin of pork.
