Ingredients

1 package    commercial puff pastry
4    Italian sausages, pricked with    a fork
1    egg
10 ml    2 tsp    milk
To taste    honey mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

On a work surface, roll out the dough and cut into four 20-cm / 8” squares.

Place a sausage on each square and roll up. Prick the dough with a fork and place on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk. Brush the dough with the mixture and bake on the middle rack for about 35 minutes.

Serve with honey mustard.
