Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 can of tomato paste
1 can of red beans
300 ml of beef bouillon
Olive oil

Directions

  1. In a large pot, cook onion and garlic in a bit of olive oil. Add ground beef and cook for about eight minutes.
  2. Add peppers, tomato paste, chilli powder, bouillon and beans. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and let simmer on a low flame for about 25 minutes.
