310 ml / 1 1/4 cups / 80 g grated cheddar
310 ml / 1 1/4 cups / 80 g grated mozzarella
5 ml / 1 tsp salt
30 ml / 2 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
30 ml / 2 tbsp chopped chives
30 ml / 2 tbsp chopped parsley
115 g / 1/4 lb bucatini, cooked
60 ml / 4 tbsp olive oil
In a bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Place a lightly oiled 30 cm / 12” ovenproof non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook until the frittata is almost done.
Meanwhile, preheat the broiler.
Place the skillet under the broiler to brown the top, about 2 minutes.
Slide the frittata onto a heated serving platter and serve immediately.
