225 g / 1/2 lb farfalle (bowtie pasta)
45 ml / 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
30 ml / 2 tbsp capers
115 g / 1/4 lb smoked salmon, in strips
250 ml / 1 cup cucumber, seeded, in 1 cm / 1/2″ dice
125 ml / 1/2 cup red pepper, seeded, in 1 cm / 1/2″ dice
30 ml / 2 tbsp dill, chopped
30 ml / 2 tbsp red onion, chopped
45 ml / 3 tbsp lemon juice
To taste salt and pepper
In a large pot, cook the pasta al dente, following package directions.
Drain, rinse under cold water and drain again.
Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
