Montreal Chicken seasoning or seasoning of your choice
Olive oil to cover pork chops
- Score pork chops with sharp knife.
- Toss with other ingredients and marinate for an hour.
- BBQ over medium-high heat.
Cook’s Tip: Extra pieces can be put in freezer bags and frozen for later use. Leftovers can be stored in fridge and reheated or served cold with Dijon mustard.
