Ingredients

Thick boneless pork chops
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Montreal Chicken seasoning or seasoning of your choice
Olive oil to cover pork chops

Directions

  1. Score pork chops with sharp knife.
  2. Toss with other ingredients and marinate for an hour.
  3. BBQ over medium-high heat.

Cook’s Tip: Extra pieces can be put in freezer bags and frozen for later use. Leftovers can be stored in fridge and reheated or served cold with Dijon mustard.
