250 mL (1 cup) plain low-fat yogurt
30 mL (2 tbsp) plus 10 mL (2 tsp) honey
1 mL (1/4 tsp) ground nutmeg

Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well mixed. Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator and shake well before each use. Use for fruit salads.
