Hibiscus Iced Tea

- 1 cup water
- 5 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers or 1crushed dried hibiscus flowers
- ice cubes
- In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add hibiscus flowers and let stand 5 minutes. Strain tea. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.
Verify that flowers are edible and have not been treated with chemicals.
