Melon and Cilantro Salad

¼ canteloupe (rock) melon
¼ honeydew melon
¼ small watermelon
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro (coriander)
¼ cup (40 g) flaked almonds, toasted


  1. Slice the melons in half.
  2. Remove the skins and seeds and slice into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Combine the melons in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cilantro and almonds.
  5. Toss well and serve.
