Melon and Cilantro Salad

¼ canteloupe (rock) melon
¼ honeydew melon
¼ small watermelon
3 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro (coriander)
¼ cup (40 g) flaked almonds, toasted
- Slice the melons in half.
- Remove the skins and seeds and slice into bite-sized cubes.
- Combine the melons in a large bowl.
- Add the cilantro and almonds.
- Toss well and serve.
