Stop your clothes from slipping off the hanger with this oh-so-smart rubberized spray paint.

Materials

Instructions

Step 1: To begin, move the hanger to an open area, either outdoors or in a well-ventilated space such as a garage, and cover nearby items with drop cloths to protect them from over-spray when painting.

Step 2: Wearing disposable gloves, use a lint-free rag to wipe down all wood surfaces of the hanger with Krud Kutter Gloss-Off to prep for paint. No need to rinse.

Step 3: Using painter’s tape, mask off any areas that you don’t want painted, including the metal top hook.

Step 4: Apply 1-2 even coats of FlexiDipTM Rubber Coating and let dry thoroughly between coats as per directions on can.

Step 5: For an added detail, trim the hanger with patterned Washi Tape to complement the colour.
