3 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups (375 mL) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (10 mL) baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups (500 mL blueberry pie filling

Directions

Using an electric mixer, in a medium bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla for 3 minutes at high speed. Add the flour, baking powder and salt; beat at low speed until the mixture is smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 in (22.5 x 32.5 cm) cake pan and spread out the dough. Spoon the blueberry filling evenly over the dough. Bake at 350?F (180?C) for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
