We’re Looking For Your Summer Camp Stories!
Do you have a funny, quirky or heartfelt story of transformation to share with us? We would love to hear from campers and ex-campers about how your time at camp changed you.
In our July issue, Reader’s Digest will publish a selection of memoirs about defining camp moments. Click here for all the details!
From canoe trips and colour wars to musical cabarets and campfire storytelling, the experiences of camp offer kids unique opportunities-to learn a new stroke, to help win the day or to share their voice with an audience. Campers forge friendships, challenge themselves, embrace fun and explore who they are as individuals, and the results can be transformative.
Text submissions should be between 50 and 450 words. Want to submit a photo from camp too? Awesome! Photos should be as large as possible, 300 DPI, JPEG or TIFF, and include a description (max. 75 words).
Deadline for submissions: March 23, 2015
Publication date: July 2015 issue
