“Canada’s Most Trusted Contractor” takes the number 2 spot on our poll. His straight-forward approach to fix the mistakes from botched renovations is a refreshing sight for many, and brings a sense of security that people appreciate. Holmes’ popular TV series, books, magazine, and charity works shows that he’s really trying to “Make It Right” in the home renovation world.

The accomplised actor and best-selling author was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991 and has since been commited to raise awareness. In 2000, he founded the Michael J. His desire to help others afflicted with the illness is what earned him the trust of Canadians everywhere.
