2. The 2016 Chevrolet Volt Has a Better Battery

An electric car is only as good as its car battery, and Chevy has certainly taken that concept to heart. 3. The 2016 Chevrolet Volt Has a Better Range

Range has always been a concern on electric-only vehicles, but Chevy has redesigned the Volt to make battery range less of a concern. The 2016 Volt includes a new 1.5L range extender that uses normal unleaded gasoline. That allows drivers to go further with more confidence yet still allows the Volt to get an impressive 5.7L/100km fuel efficiency rating.

The 2016 version of the Volt also includes the exclusive Regen on Demand™ feature to let drivers increase energy regeneration as needed. With the touch of a paddle on the back of the steering wheel drivers can create their own regeneration energy to extend the battery range even further.

The newest Chevy Volt is even available with optional heated seats in both front and rear so you can brave those cold Canadian mornings and enjoy a more comfortable commute.
