Maple Cranberry Sauce

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil cranberries, orange zest and juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger.
  2. Simmer on medium heat, uncovered, until tender, 8–10 minutes.
  3. Mash roughly with the back of a wooden spoon. Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool and thicken.
