1. Sand Curves in Furniture

Wrap a tennis ball in sandpaper and use it to sand curves when you’re refinishing furniture. The tennis ball is just the right size and shape to fit comfortably in your hand.

2. Massage Your Back

Give yourself a relaxing and therapeutic back massage. Fill a long tube-shaped sock with a few tennis balls, tie the end and stretch the homemade massager around your back just as you would a towel after a shower or bath.

3. Get a Better Grip on Bottle Caps

If your hands are weakened by arthritis or other ailments, you probably have a difficult time removing twist-off bottle caps. An old tennis ball may help. Simply cut a ball in half and use one of the halves to enhance your grip.
