What you will need:
Aluminum pudding mold (available at baking-supply stores)
Floral food (available at florists), if desired
6 red roses
Extra foliage, as desired
Line the mold completely with aluminum foil. Add water and floral food, if desired.
Holding hydrangeas against pudding mold to judge height, cut stems so that blooms will just clear the top of the mold. Insert hydrangeas. Then, holding roses against the pudding mold to judge height, cut stems so that roses will just clear the top of the hydrangeas. Insert roses. Add extra foliage, if necessary, to fill in holes.
