1 pink grapefruit
1 orange
2 kiwi fruit
114 g (4 oz) strawberries
Directions
This refreshing drink, with its sharp, fruity flavour, makes a great start to the day. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that is important in numerous body functions.
Peel the grapefruit and orange, removing as much pith as possible; then break the fruit into segments. Peel and quarter the kiwi fruit. Place the grapefruit and orange segments, kiwi fruit, and strawberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Press the mixture through a sieve and discard the pulp. Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or cover and chill before serving.
