Ingredients

50 mL (1/4 cup) cider vinegar
75 mL (1/3 cup) reduced-fat sour cream
30 mL (2 tbsp) honey
30 mL (2 tbsp) spicy brown mustard
5 mL (1 tsp) olive oil
3 mL (3/4 tsp) salt
1.5 L (6 cups) shredded red and green cabbage
500 mL (2 cups) shredded Napa cabbage
4 carrots, shredded
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sour cream, honey, mustard, oil, and salt. Add the cabbages, carrots, and scallions, tossing to combine. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
