1 BUTTERBALL Boneless Turkey Breast Roast
Glaze for Turkey Breast:
125 mL (1/2 cup) orange marmalade
7 mL (1-1/2 tsp) Dijon mustard
1 mL (1/4 tsp) salt
15 mL (1 tbsp) orange juice
Cook turkey breast in oven according to package directions. Combine marmalade, mustard, salt and orange juice. 15-20 minutes before the breast is done, pour mixture over turkey breast.
Spoon drippings mixed with baste over breast several times during last 15 minutes of roasting. Slice and serve with orange glaze spooned over slices.
