1/4 cup (50 mL) all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) black pepper
1 lb (500g) veal or pork scaloppini
2 tbsp (30 mL) vegetable oil
1 jar (375g) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg (200g) Tre Stelle Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup (125 mL) Tre Stelle Grated Parmesan Cheese
Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in flour mixture. In large skillet, sauté meat in oil until lightly browned on both sides. Place in 13 x 9 inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Spoon spaghetti sauce over. Sprinkle with mozzarella and top with Parmesan. Refrigerate until required. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F (180°C) for 30-35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
