227 g (1/2 lb) small pasta, such as conchigliette or tubetti
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tomato, diced
15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley
2 mL (1/2 tsp) paprika
125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
45 mL (3 tbsp) mild Dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
Rinse the pasta in cold water and drain well again. Toss the pasta in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Chill until ready to serve.
