Lynn Crawford’s Strawberry Lemonade

  1. In a high-speed blender, puree strawberries with 1/4 cup lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve. In a large pitcher, stir together strawberry purée, remaining lemon juice and sugar. Add water and stir well.
  3. Serve over ice.
Recipe Notes

For Cherry or Raspberry Lemonade, substitute same amount of washed, pitted cherries or raspberries for the strawberries.
