Ingredients

1/2 lb (250 g) smoked turkey breast (sliced 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick)
1 cantaloupe, cubed
24 seedless green grapes
1/4 cup (50 mL) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
1/2 tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
2 tsp (10 mL) honey

Directions

Cut turkey into 1 inch (2.5 cm) squares. Thread turkey, cantaloupe and grapes alternately onto 8 wooden skewers. Combine oil, lemon juice, ginger and honey and brush over turkey and fruit. Broil 5 minutes about 4 inches (10 cm) from heat, turning and brushing once. Arrange kabobs on lettuce and top with remaining dressing.

Makes 4 servings.
