Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) red or blue/black grapes, seeds removed
1 cup (250 mL) diced unpeeled apples
1 cup (250 mL) fresh celery, diced
1 can (7 oz/210 mL) tuna fish (light in water)
1/4 cup (50 mL) light mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh lemon juice
3 cup (750 mL) lettuce

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except lettuce; toss lightly. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with additional grapes if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
