Ingredients

1-1/2 cups (375 mL) Tre Stelle Feta Cheese
1 cup (250 mL) Tre Stelle Ricotta Cheese
1/4 cup (50 mL) pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup (50 mL) green onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh dill, finely chopped
3 tbsp (45 mL) fresh lemon juice
Crackers, toasted pita wedges or flatbread

Directions

In a food processor combine feta and ricotta cheese; process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until blended but still chunky.

Makes approximately 2 cups (500 mL).
