4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
100 g (3 oz) thinly sliced Canadian Mozzarella cheese OR 4 slices processed Mozzarella cheese
4 tomatoes, sliced
Black olives (optional)
75 mL (1/3 cup) herb vinaigrette
Divide salad greens among 4 dinner plates. Arrange egg, cheese and tomato slices on top of lettuce, overlapping slices. Garnish with black olives. Drizzle dressing over top. Serve immediately.
