1 pkg BUTTERBALL Fresh Boneless Turkey Breast Tenderloins
4 green onions
4 garlic cloves
30 mL (2 tbsp) peach preserves
30 mL (2 tbsp) fresh lime juice
5 mL (1 tsp) salt
5 mL (1 tsp) shredded lime peel
5 mL (1 tsp) hot sauce
5 mL (1 tsp) soy sauce
1 mL (1/4 tsp) black pepper
In food processor or blender, purée preserves, onion, garlic, hot sauce, pepper, salt, lime juice, lime peel, and soy sauce. Spread tenderloins with the purée and place on broiler pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Broil 6 minutes. Turn over; brush with purée and return to the broiler for about 5 minutes. Brush again with purée and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes until tenderloin reaches 80°C (170°F) on meat thermometer.
To BBQ: Spray unheated grill with nonstick cooking spray; heat to medium heat. Cook tenderloins on rack for about 20 minutes, until no longer pink. Turn once or twice to prevent burning.
