500 mL (2 cups) graham crumbs
175 mL (3/4 cup) butter, melted
2 medium-sized bananas, mashed
300 mL (1 can) Low Fat or Regular Eagle Brand
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
250 mL (1 cup) sweetened flaked coconut
375 mL (1 1/2 cups) chopped pecans
Combine graham crumbs with butter; press evenly onto a parchment paper-lined 3.5 L (13 x 9-inch) baking pan. Combine Eagle Brand and bananas; pour evenly over crumbs.
Top with chocolate, coconut and pecans; press down firmly. Bake in preheated 180° C (350° F) oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into bars.
